Outdoor Psychotherapy

I offer Nature Therapy in downtown Toronto at Corktown Common Park in the Canary District. In this type of session, you can choose to sit on a bench or blanket while we chat. I only ask that you bring your own blanket.

Nature Therapy provides a unique opportunity to enjoy time outdoors while engaging in psychotherapy. Being outdoors can allow us to engage in therapy with increased creativity, mindfulness, and connection. You are welcome to bring your dogs and babies to outdoor therapy.

Nature Therapy is not the right choice for everyone. Please consider that confidentiality may be limited when engaging in therapy outdoors. I require our first session to be done online to allow us to discuss confidentiality and determine if Nature Therapy is right for you. You are welcome to switch between virtual and online sessions.
